Your role
As the SAP IBP Manager within our SAP team, you’ll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the SAP community and partner closely with our clients on a variety of innovative engagements.
The provider stays updated with the latest IBP releases and functionalities, ensuring smooth upgrades.
Beyond resolving issues, the provider proactively identifies potential problems and prevents disruptions through monitoring and analysis. Responds to P1, P2, and P3 priority incidents within SLA timelines.
Provides 8-hour support during CST and ACT hours.
Investigates root causes of issues and shares findings with the JH IS team.
Coordinates with business stakeholders to resolve incidents. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, solutioning, system configuration, and documentation.
Familiarity with SAP IBP S&OP, Demand and Supply, and data integration between ECC and other systems is essential.
The IBP provider manages the full application lifecycle, including maintenance, upgrades, monitoring CIDS tasks, and incident resolution (P1, P2, and P3) within SLA timelines.
Your profile
- Functional experience in SAP Materials Management.
- Minimum of 10+ years of professional industry experience.
- At least 3 end-to-end IBP implementations including Demand, Supply, and S&OP.
- Significant experience in Procurement, Inventory, and Manufacturing within SAP Materials Management (MM).
- Proven strong communication skills and leadership ability.
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, or Process Manufacturing sectors.
