THE ROLE:
- Manage a tidy, established portfolio
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, lease renewals & rent reviews
- Liaise with tenants and landlords
- Handle OFIs during the week (occasional Saturdays only when covering leave)
- Supported by a dedicated leasing and admin team
- Platforms: PropertyMe & IRE

ABOUT YOU:
- Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
- 12+ months in Property Management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Full driver’s license and reliable vehicle
