Conveyancing Paralegal - Full-Time

Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time conveyancing paralegal capable of managing high-volume, high-quality work. You will interact directly with clients to manage your files, supported by senior lawyers and a dedicated residential conveyancing team.
Note
This role is not suitable for law students. We encourage you to explore our clerkship and graduate programs as alternative career pathways.
Requirements
- Previous conveyancing experience, especially acting for developers
- Ability and desire to handle high-volume, high-quality work
- Exceptional client service and responsiveness
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Interest in process improvement and systems
- Ownership and initiative in managing client matters
- Strong IT skills, familiarity with PEXA and preferably SPEAR
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to excellence and a positive attitude
