This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing Bayer and distributor products within Molecular Imaging on-site in QLD, New Zealand, with expected travel nationally as required. You will also manage and develop customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and work closely with the Molecular Imaging sales team providing technical support.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair all defective products – primarily on-site and at the Service Hub
- Install new products and provide training as needed
- Maintain effective customer and distributor relationships
- Promote and support the Certification & Quality Assurance program – DirectCARE
- Work with internal stakeholders to develop and evaluate State and National key account plans
- Actively seek product and business improvement insights from our customers
- Maintain accurate service reports and customer records
Does this sound like you?
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification
- 2 years’ experience as a Medical Device Field Service Engineer or similar technical experience
- Knowledge and experience of Radiology market, environment, and equipment
- Demonstrated planning and organisational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
- You must pass and maintain both Australian Police and Working with Children checks
- Hold and maintain a current Australian driver’s license
