Specialist Project Services Consultant within Financial Services

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in superannuation/financial services and experience working with digital advice tools. This role involves analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance their digital advice offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and document business processes related to superannuation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for digital advice tools.
  • Develop and maintain detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of digital advice solutions.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during the implementation phase.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital advice tools, recommending enhancements as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on superannuation.
  • Proven experience working with digital advice tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
