Hilton Adelaide is seeking a results-driven and analytical Revenue Manager to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across all segments. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will collaborate with departments such as Sales, Reservations, and Events to maintain our market competitiveness.

The hotel features 377 rooms, including guest rooms, executive floors, and suites, along with 19 meeting rooms for conferences and events. It is the only 5-star hotel in Adelaide capable of hosting up to 500 delegates under one roof.

About the Role

Your responsibilities include managing the hotel's revenue strategy, recommending growth initiatives, tracking performance, and ensuring competitiveness. You will work closely with Reservations, Groups, Conference & Events, and Sales teams to optimize revenue and inventory management.

This position requires a highly analytical mindset, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence commercial outcomes. You will be a key business partner to the Commercial Team, guiding decisions to improve RevPAR and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement revenue strategies in collaboration with the Commercial Director.
• Participate in strategic initiatives such as refurbishment, market repositioning, and business improvements.
• Support upselling and cross-selling efforts with Front Office and F&B teams.
• Lead daily and strategic revenue management activities, including forecasting, inventory control, and pricing.
• Work with the Groups and Reservations Manager to optimize group bookings.
• Monitor revenue variances, identify risks and opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and development of revenue team members.
• Develop annual Revenue Plans and forecasts with hotel leadership.
• Review marketing and sales promotions for profitability and ROI.
• Collaborate with the Events and Catering Manager on space utilization and conversion strategies.
• Maintain accurate system data across OnQ/Opera PMS, IDeaS, Delphi, and R&I.
• Ensure credit policies are followed, oversee collections, and review accounts receivable.
• Review contracts, billing arrangements, and aged debt with Finance.

Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years of revenue management experience in an international hotel chain.
• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage high-demand periods.
• Problem-solving and crisis management skills.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and results-oriented professional.
