Your new opportunity:
We have an opportunity for a qualified CPV or RPV to work in the Hobart region who is looking to further develop their career in the valuations industry.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in property inspections, desktop and digital valuations, research of property sales, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.
Working with Opteon's proprietary property software and systems enables our valuers to maximise their time in the field and improve data capture for reports. We have a significant work volume, making this a great opportunity to take over an existing workload with potential for future growth.

We are seeking driven professionals with highly developed residential valuation skills, along with exceptional communication and business development skills.
A strong client focus and commitment to personal professional development are essential, along with:
- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- RPV and/or CPV status
- Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment
