Through continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a customer-facing Pest Control Technician to join our team, working in the Lewisham area. Our comprehensive range of pest management services includes rodent control, bird management, insect control, and wildlife management.
Role Responsibilities
You will be at the forefront of our service delivery for commercial, residential, and government properties. Your duties will include visiting customers across your area to conduct inspections, carry out treatments, and promote additional work opportunities.
Salary and Benefits
Our salary package is up to £29,500.00 based on qualifications and experience, plus a London Weighting Allowance of £5,000. Additionally, all technicians have the opportunity to increase their earnings by up to £6,000 through leads, commissions, bonus schemes, and incentives.
Candidate Requirements
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Live within a 40-mile radius of the advertised area
- Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision
- Methodical and systematic approach to work
- Comfortable using mobile phone apps
- Excellent attention to detail

Training and Career Development
Experience in the field is preferred; however, we provide excellent training for inexperienced candidates. We are looking for individuals who show initiative, have the right attitude, and a strong work ethic. Trainees start with a salary of £26,740, increasing to £28,000 upon qualification.
