Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to develop and monitor key performance indicators
- Manage hotel budgets to meet strategic goals
- Enhance productivity and payroll efficiency
- Ensure a seamless guest experience across departments, including leading the Guest Experience program
- Lead the management team to achieve targets, control costs, and address challenges
- Foster team engagement and professional growth
- Maintain Occupational Safety and Health standards
About You:
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
- Strong commercial insight, especially in Food & Beverage or Rooms Management
- Experience in handling budgets, revenue proposals, and financial forecasting
- Deep industry expertise in hotel, leisure, and service sectors
- Excellent leadership skills to guide and motivate teams
- Dependable and adaptable, capable of performing under pressure
Preferred additional skills:
- Experience with hotel property management systems
- Proven success in a similar role
