Nutricia,owned by Danone, is seeking aKey Account Manager based in NSWto join our Healthcare Nutrition team. In thispermanent roleyou will manage key accounts throughout theNSW territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving growth by meeting set goals and business objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support key accountsto ensure exceptional experiences with Nutricia products and services.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionalsin public and private hospitals, community settings, and oncology to optimize patient and organizational outcomes.
  • Educate customerson Nutricia’s product portfolio and the evidence supporting best practices.
  • Develop and execute account plansbased on mutually beneficial value drivers to support healthcare professionals and grow Nutricia’s business.
  • Navigate healthcare organisationsand interact with various stakeholders to uncover needs and drive large-scale value.
  • Collaborate with the wider teamand other internal functions to deliver the Healthcare Nutrition strategy to your customer

About you

You are a dedicatedsales professionalwith expertise indietetics or nutrition, poised to drivesales of medical nutrition products, particularly within the cancer care program. Combining yourclinical expertisewith strong sales skills, you build robust connections with healthcare professionals and understand the unique needs of oncology patients. Self-motivated and efficient in managing your time, you excel at prioritising a dynamic workload. Your commercial acumen helps you identify opportunities and solve problems effectively, ensuring the success of our medical nutrition products.

Ideally, you will have:

  • A Tertiary Qualificationin Dietetics, Nutrition, Science, or be aRegistered Healthcare Professional.
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Sales Representativein the Medical Nutrition field.
  • Proven ability to engagewith a wide range of stakeholders in hospital settings, with a strong drive to seek business growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skillsthat enable you to build relationships effortlessly.
  • Natural commercial acumento identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and networking skillsto foster valuable connections.
  • Resilience and autonomyin managing your time effectively and working independently.
