It offers 229 rooms and suites, along with a vibrant food and beverage experience at Mobius Bar & Grill, providing a relaxed environment for both in-house and external guests.
Our Executive Chef Leigh is seeking a passionate Full-time Food & Beverage Duty Manager to oversee our teams and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Support revenue initiatives, maintain cost control, and ensure 'Total Customer Satisfaction.'
- Familiarize with VIP and regular guests to provide personalized service.
- Ensure all F&B service staff receive appropriate training to meet operational standards.
- Handle guest challenges and situations, and participate in emergency response teams.
- Organize and supervise daily work activities of team members.
- Innovate continuously in F&B products and services.
- Maintain hygiene standards for food handling and presentation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role (F&B Supervisor aiming to step up or F&B Duty Manager seeking a change).
- Hands-on approach and excellent communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail and good grooming standards.
- Effective time management, with the ability to plan and prioritize.
- Valid RSA required.
- Availability to work flexible shifts.
- Legal right to work full-time in Australia; no sponsorship available for this position.
