Support Workers - Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan & Gold Coast
Bespoke Workforce Solutions is a family-owned and operated company based in Brisbane. We assist multiple NDIS Providers across Queensland, from the Gold Coast to Townsville, in staffing solutions. We are committed to providing outstanding service to our clients and employees. We are seeking dedicated and qualified staff passionate about working in the Disability and Aged Care sectors. If you are starting your career as a Support Worker, we can help you gain experience through our NDIS clients.
Current positions available at these sites:
- LOGAN: Belivah, Bethania & Logan Reserve
- BRISBANE SOUTH: Inala
- MORETON BAY: Morayfield
Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or related field; applicants in the process of obtaining these qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum two years supporting and caring for participants with behavioural issues; highly regarded.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and criminal record check.
- Valid Australian driver's license and access to a reliable, fully insured vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Blue Card and Yellow Card.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Compassion, patience, and respect towards clients.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care, hygiene, medication dispensation.
- Supporting household chores like cooking, laundry, cleaning.
- Accompanying clients to shopping, medical appointments, social events.
- Providing emotional support, listening, and empathizing.
- Accurate documentation of shift notes and client records.
- Shifts scheduled up to two weeks in advance.
- On-call roster one day per fortnight.
- Opportunity for additional hours at various sites within our network.
- Preferably close to your local area.
- Up to 40 hours per week.
- Set shift times: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 2pm-10pm with sleepover, 10pm-6am active sleepover.
- CAS shifts vary and may include a broken shift allowance.
