The ORS Positive Behaviour Support division is expanding, and we are seeking our next clinician to join us! You will join a national team of 300+ Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners providing clinical services to NDIS participants aged 0-65. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.You will work with an amazing group of clients over months or even years, playing an integral role in their personal growth. You will form close bonds with your clients and celebrate their achievements together.Your daily duties include collaborating with allied health practitioners, support workers, and family members to achieve the best outcomes. You will assess and observe challenging behaviors, work on increasing skills, improving emotion regulation, and introducing replacement behaviors to reduce restrictive practices.Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans focus on enhancing quality of life by improving skills and independence.
