About The Role
We are on the lookout for a driven and successful field sales professional to join our NSW team as a hybrid trade and retail Sales Development Manager, covering the South Coast region—from Wollongong to Nowra, Pambula, and Eden. The position reports directly into the National Trade Sales Manager where you will take the reins of an established and high-performing territory, maintaining strong relationships while hunting new business opportunities. This hybrid role involves servicing both trade and retail customers, with some overnight travel and weekend trade shows/events included.

About The Role

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives
- Drive growth across existing accounts and identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Deliver on KPIs and margin targets with consistency
- Attend key events and represent Penrite with pride
- 5+ years’ experience in field territory sales (automotive/oil industry preferred)
- Proven success in business development and hitting sales KPIs
- Strong relationship and customer service skills
- Familiarity with retail environments (planograms, merchandising, etc.)
- Based in or around Wollongong
- Flexibility for occasional overnight travel and weekend events
