GPON/FTTH Site Engineer

We are currently looking for GPON/FTTH Site Engineer

Responsibilities

Key Features of the Service

Team Coordination:

• Supervise and coordinate 5 to 8 installation and commissioning teams, ensuring strict adherence to client and project standards.
• Provide technical guidance to teams during installations and resolve on-site issues promptly.

Compliance with Design and Quality Standards:

• Verify installations align with approved designs, conducting inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure installations meet all requirements to avoid rejections and delays.

Material Management:

• Oversee the logistics of material delivery, usage, and return.
• Verify material reception, manage auxiliary material needs, and ensure surplus materials are returned correctly.

Progress Tracking and Reporting:

• Monitor daily progress and update project tools with real-time data.
• Provide regular reports to the PMO on verified work completed by contractors.

Pre-commissioning and Configuration:

• Supervise pre-commissioning activities to ensure readiness for operation.
• Load and verify equipment configurations, ensuring they align with project requirements.

Client and Stakeholder Coordination:

• Act as the main point of contact for site-specific client escalations.
• Ensure all client deliverables, including acceptance certificates and documentation, are completed on time.

Job requirements

Be good in GPON and FTTH technologies to oversee the deployment and quality assurance of access networks, coordinate installation teams, manage materials, and ensure compliance with design and quality standards, hands-on involvement and proactive problem-solving ensure efficient and high-quality project execution.

With 5+ years’ experience preferred.
