Must have 3 year multifamily/apartment maintenance experience.
Some of your responsibilities would include the following:
HVAC Repair-EPA Certification Type I, II
Maintain accurate records of service tickets
Pool Maintenance-CPO preferred
Removal of Trash and Litter and maintaining the Grounds
Be available for a rotation/on call schedule as required
Further duties as assigned by community manager or service supervisor
You should have high energy, enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service and have good communication skills. We require that you have your own reliable transportation.
