Job Duties: (Not limited to)
- Manage and perform cleaning duties
- Ability to recruit, staff, train and mentor new employees effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Communicate effectively to employees and customers
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Manage, deliver, and monitor supply usage.
- Perform daily or nightly inspections where necessary.
- Perform daily or nightly cleaning duties when jobs are not staffed properly.
- Manage employee timecards and organize paperwork for office.
- Manage and maintain budgets relevant to each job.
Manage a group of employees, the ability to bolster motivation.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s license and social security card.
- TWIC & OSHA Basic & ability to pass site specific training.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation- must travel between jobs.
- Positive and “Can Do” attitude.
- Must be resilient and adaptable.
- Ability to work days or nights including weekends when the need arises.
- Computer Skills – Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc.), email, digital file management.
Experience
- Janitorial – minimum 2 years
- Management- minimum 3 years
- Recruitment- minimum 1 year
- Performance Management – 2 years
- Floor Work – A plus- not a requirement.
Salary/Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
