Casual Role

The Lancemore Mansion hotel is seeking a friendly and well-presented Team Member who fits into our culture of delivering outstanding customer service. We are currently offering a casual position within our guest service team.

About The Role

Portage of guest luggage to and from suites
Assist with reservation enquiries, including rates, availability, packages, and facilities
Check guests in and out accurately and promptly
Greet all guests and ensure the use of guest names
Handle guest enquiries and provide information on local attractions and directions
Answer all telephone calls professionally and promptly
Inform guests of available facilities and services
Set up guest accounts accurately
Reconcile cashier floats and document transactions
Communicate guest requests and issues to relevant departments
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front desk
Collect payments and issue receipts
Maintain professional dress and grooming standards
Provide poolside service and maintain pool area neatness
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Embody the Mansion Werribee Park culture of exceeding guest expectations with a 'Yes We Can' attitude

About You

Passionate about delivering exceptional guest satisfaction
Team-oriented with high employee engagement
Knowledge of front office administrative duties is advantageous
