The Company
'Truck Centre (WA) is WA's sole Mack, UD and Volvo Truck Specialist Dealership'. With 8 branches operating successfully statewide, we pride ourselves on being the 'Single Largest Truck Transport Solution in WA.'
About the Role
Our Kewdale site is in the final stages of redevelopment, bringing together our UD product, Used Trucks, and Bus operation under one roof. We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service department, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, customer care, and technical excellence.
As the branch grows, you will take a hands-on approach in overseeing daily workshop and service operations. You will manage and mentor technicians and service advisors, ensuring timely and accurate repairs and services while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
To be considered, you need proven experience in a similar role within the automotive sector.
