About the Role
As our Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day success of the store.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations, ensure the store is visually appealing, manage inventory, and optimize product displays.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, creating a positive, energetic, and high-performing environment.
- Deliver operational excellence with strong stock management and merchandising experience.
- Resolve challenges efficiently and make quick, effective decisions.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
- Achieve and deliver business objectives.
