Travel Pharmacist - $3,052 per week

Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

Job Description & Requirements

Requirements:

• COVID Vaccination:
  • Dose date must be on or after 10/3/23
  • If requesting an exemption, official form with provider/religious leader signature required
  • Approved exemptions require masking at all times on-site
• License: Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license
• Education: Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy (PharmD) – required, non-negotiable

• Experience:

  • 3+ years acute care clinical pharmacy experience – required
  • IV admixture & parenteral chemotherapy admixture experience – preferred

   

Other:Must be able to work independently

Must supervise support personnel when necessary

Traveler must have their own vehicle

BLS (AHA) certification required
