The Role
As the Customer Service Team Lead at our Sydney office, you will act as the cornerstone of our customer experience, overseeing and elevating our offshore customer service team based in the Philippines. This is a hands-on role in a lively office environment, perfect for those who thrive in energetic and fast-paced settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of our customer service team.
- Provide guidance and support to 3-4 other customer service team members.
- Address complex customer issues and escalations with efficiency and a customer-first mindset.

- Innovate and implement strategies to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to integrate customer service goals with business objectives.
