Our 2000 local experts, backed by our global experience and network of partners, are working to solve the world’s toughest challenges in government, intelligence, defence, aviation, border protection and health markets.Your New RoleWorking on a Defence program, and reporting into the Project Manger as a Configuration, Asset and Data Management Specialist, your role will be to:Update, implement and maintain Configuration, Asset and Data Management processes and procedures in accordance with business and customer requirementsMaintain and update documents and related configuration items in accordance with approved configuration and baseline changes, either directly or in coordination with SMEsManage the accuracy and completeness of configuration status accounting records, documents and diagramsAdminister program-specific configuration management toolsAudit configuration items in accordance with a contracted schedule and maintain asset management recordsAttend, and support customer Configuration Control Boards.Please note the successful candidate will be an Australian Citizenwith a NV-1 or higher AGSVA Security Clearance.About You and What You'll BringJoining a tight-knit team working closely with the customer, your strong stakeholder management skills and attention to detail will hold you in good stead for the role, we are also looking for:Prior experience in a Configuration Analyst or Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) roleITIL V4 QualifiedGood understanding of all the ITIL Processes and how SACM integrates with the other ITIL ProcessesStrong technical, logical & problem solving skillsStrong presentation, engagement & communication skills (written & verbal)Diverse Team Members, Shared Values and a Common PurposeProviding our customers with smarter solutions takes an incredible team with diversity of thought, experience and perspectives driving innovation.
