Base pay range
A$120,000.00/yr - A$200,000.00/yr

About the role:
- Advise on employment and contractor arrangements in public and private hospital settings
- Handle regulatory and professional conduct matters, including NCAT and IRC proceedings
- Manage Medicare audits, government inquiries, and health-related investigations
- Draft contracts and provide advice on privacy, policy, and compliance in the health sector
The ideal candidate:
- A minimum of 3 years’ post-admission experience
- A strong interest in medico-legal issues and claims management
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Confidence engaging with sophisticated clients in a highly regulated sector
- Experience or interest in public/private health systems (preferred but not essential)
