Join our FP&A team based in our North Sydney office. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will play a key role in providing financial and commercial support to the Technology Centres of Excellence for our ANZ business. The purpose of the role is to bridge the gap between Finance & Technology and partner closely with our technology organisations to support them in driving our business’s ongoing change efforts, including large scale transitions to the cloud.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with Technology leaders to build and maintain operating cost models for the CoE.
  • Manage headcount and monthly forecasting for the Tech CoE.
  • Conduct financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Analyse technology investments and their financial impact.
  • Plan hardware, software, and discretionary costs.
  • Perform scenario analysis to support decision-making.
  • Contribute to monthly financial reporting and analysis.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the Finance function.

What You Need

  • 5 + years of experience as a finance analyst or finance business partner.
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
  • Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes, especially regarding headcount/labour forecasting.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Oracle (or similar financial systems).
