ProCare Australia are a Brisbane based boutique Recruitment and Labour Hire Agency, dedicated to providing staffing support to the Community Services sector.
For over 20 years, we have supported Not-For-Profit, Private Companies and Government Agencies with permanent, fixed term contract, locum and casual staffing solutions, so we have a variety of work available.
Opportunities Ahead:
ProCare Australia is currently building a talent pool of qualified and experienced Community Services professionals in anticipation of upcoming opportunities within the Youth Justice and broader Community Services sectors.
We are particularly interested in hearing from people with experience working alongside young people involved in the justice system, those who have a strong understanding of trauma-informed care, and professionals who can confidently navigate complex family and social dynamics.

Role Overview:
- Deliver trauma informed and person centred case-management services to Young People to reduce the risk of reoffending by addressing issues influencing their offending behaviour
- Engage Young People into education, training and/or employment
- Work alongside key stakeholders including parents and families, supporting Young People to build positive relationships
Role Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Criminology and Criminal Justice or similar
- Demonstrated Case Management experience in a Youth focused role
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations across Youth Justice and Child Safety
- In depth understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and cultures
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Possession of, or willingness and eligibility to obtain aWorking with Children Check
- Possession of, or willingness and eligibility to obtain aNational Police Clearance Check
- Must have Permanent Residency to be considered
