What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or above in a high-end, high-volume kitchen.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and develop a team.
- Passion for using fresh, seasonal ingredients and elegant presentation.
- Calm, focused mindset with attention to detail under pressure.
- Experience with European or Mediterranean cuisine is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
