Change Analyst/Change Advisor I Contract until 9th June initially

Your New Role

As a Change Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the delivery of effective change management strategies for a variety of transformation projects. You will work closely with the Program Manager, Business Enablement, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption and embedding of project outcomes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Change Management:
  • Identify and deliver effective project change management to a number of transformation projects and promote the organisation’s strategic direction and vision.
  • Deliver project change management activities to ensure ongoing engagement of impacted staff.
  • Develop the change management capability of leaders to build a change ready and adaptable workforce.
  • Project Support:
    • Employ appropriate change management practices to ensure project benefits are realised and embedded into the organisation.
    • Document change activities and progress, including user guides to enable a culture of self-help.
  • Relationships:
    • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, creating a desire to change work practices and ensuring achievement of strategic objectives.
    • Collaborate with staff from other service units to determine and validate change management plans, in collaboration with the project managers.

    About You

    • Certified change professional with experience in assisting, developing, delivering, and coordinating organization-wide change management plans and programs.
    • Strong communicator with experience in developing change management plans in a complex environment.
    • Effective and consistent contributor who works collaboratively on projects impacting both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Problem solver with the ability to formulate feasible options and facilitate practical outcomes.
    • Flexible and responsive to changing priorities and business requirements.
