About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to play an integral role in this industry as Park Manager(s) at beautiful Tasman Holiday Parks - Rollingstone.

This role involves:

  1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the park
  2. Engaging in marketing activities to maximise revenue
  3. Leading and motivating your team to achieve results
  4. Financial management including controlling operating costs, implementing budgets, and managing P&L
  5. Maintaining the facilities to high standards within budget
  6. Attending to after-hours call outs

What You'll Bring to the Team

You are a strong leader contributing to our organisation's performance culture and comfortable managing a high occupancy park.

Qualifications in Hospitality, Tourism, or similar

Practical experience managing a holiday/caravan park

Competent in financial accounting, budgeting, and reconciliation

Strong administrative, written, and verbal skills

Ability to work autonomously and think independently

Ability to establish and maintain meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Proactive in identifying and managing opportunities for improvement

Focus on commercial and financial outcomes and value enhancement
