With more than 50 locations and a team of over 2,300 employees nationwide, we are recognized as a top distributor in the industry. We are currently seeking a Sales Representative for our foodservice branch in Toowoomba.
About the Role:
This role reports to the Sales Manager and is responsible for growing sales with new and existing customers within the region, fostering long-term business relationships.
Duties:
- Maintain existing customer relationships while focusing on new business development
- Achieve sales KPIs and quarterly targets
- Develop new business opportunities to increase sales
- Manage customer pricing and margins
- Identify and develop new growth areas
- Collaborate effectively within a busy sales team environment
Key Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills
- Proven experience in managing customer accounts and expanding business
- Effective communication skills across diverse customer bases
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency with computers and quick learner of internal systems
- Professional personal presentation
