Your Role
As an Office Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you'll handle a variety of tasks—from managing schedules to assisting with event planning and greeting guests. Your organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail will create a welcoming environment for all.
This role requires in-person presence in Melbourne, Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative and reception tasks, including greeting clients, preparing correspondence, data entry, and managing calls.
- Coordinate calendars, book meeting rooms, organise catering and travel.
- Order office & kitchen supplies and organise maintenance.
- Assist with team event planning and client/staff gifting.
- Support the Heads of Teams with various ad hoc tasks.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven office administration experience with multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with pride in their work.
- Passionate about improving the customer experience.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative, and think quickly.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Available to start on June 10, 2025.

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 (excluding superannuation).
