Job Description: G.O Accommodation and Reception Coordinator
Who you are:
- Sociable, capable of connecting with guests and building trusting relationships.
- Helpful and attentive, finding the right solutions for our guests.
- Multilingual, fluent in at least two languages, comfortable with international guests.
Your responsibilities:
- Assign rooms according to the sales contract, optimizing bed occupation, meals, and transfers.
- Edit occupancy expectations and communicate them to the Village services.
- Prepare arrivals and departures, and relay information to all Village services.
- Provide the Front Office with lists of room availability, transfers, etc.
- Stimulate local sales, ensure follow-up and control (B&B, meals, transfers).
- Distribute financial information to the financial department (number of clients, arrivals/departures, local sales).
- Respond to client comments and specific inquiries.
- Apply Club Med standards and adhere to hygiene and security procedures.
- Assign tasks and train receptionists in their daily duties.
