Your Role
You will be part of the Digital Enablement Team, managing the maintenance and enhancement of digital assets such as Digital Portals, API integrations, Retail websites, and Customer Correspondence. Your primary focus will be on Customer Correspondence, specifically using the EngageOne platform. You will resolve BAU tickets, address issues, and work on template enhancements to improve the customer correspondence experience.
Your Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain EngageOne templates for Policy and Claims correspondence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure templates meet business needs.
- Conduct testing of templates to ensure correct rendering, data mapping, and formatting, passing to QA.
- Perform system health checks and troubleshoot issues related to system performance or data integration.
- Maintain documentation of templates, changes, and system processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and data protection standards.
About You
- Experience supporting EngageOne Designer, Server, Deliver, Vault, or similar CCM products.
- Advanced skills in managing system interdependencies and integrations.
- Knowledge of server OS and networking basics.
- Strong communication skills to translate customer needs into IT requirements.
- Problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Basic scripting skills in Python for automation and analysis.
