The opportunity:

- Based in Meadow Heights
- Fixed Term Contract
- Start Date: 14/6/2025; End Date: 14/3/2026
- Oversee clinical responsibilities
- Develop and mentor a team of clinicians
- Work alongside a supportive General Manager
- Implement and embed clinical governance alongside the clinical leadership team
- Contribute to the physical, social, and emotional wellbeing of residents, families, and staff
- Build meaningful relationships with team members, residents, and their families
- Promote continuous clinical improvement and the ongoing delivery of excellence in care
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Standards
- Deliver our purpose of ‘Bringing joy to those we care for’ to promote meaningful living

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Leadership or management experience is preferred
- RN AHPRA Registration
- Ability to lead and oversee clinical operations
