Compensation and Benefits

Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and develop solutions using Snap-on products.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Present solutions on-site or in the field.
Maintain a customer contact and activity database.
Review customer activities quarterly and strategize for sales growth.
Qualifications
3-5 years of outside sales experience.
Proven track record of sales growth and customer expansion.
Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
