POSITION SUMMARY:The Digital Analytics & Experimentation Manager will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making through rigorous analysis and experimentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital analytics, A/B testing, and a passion for uncovering insights that drive business growth.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute a comprehensive digital analytics and experimentation strategy aligned with business objectives.Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of digital data to inform business decisions.Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments to improve digital experiences and marketing

other duties as assigned.EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.5+ years of experience in digital or product analytics, experimentation, or a related role.Proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager), statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python, SQL), and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) as well as data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data

These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, skills, work experience and certifications. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive bonus.
