KAEFER Integrated Services is currently looking for an HSE Advisor for the Olympic Dam project in South Australia. This is a FIFO role on a 2:1 roster. Must be clean shaven.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor HS&E risks, promote a zero-injury culture, and ensure compliance with all statutory and client requirements.
• Lead by example, investigate incidents and near misses promptly, and assist with injury management and return-to-work plans.
• Maintain strong client relationships, support operational HS&E resourcing, and drive continuous improvement through audits and reviews.
• Develop, deliver, and record internal HSE training programs, toolbox talks, and maintain all HSE reporting systems.
• Communicate effectively across all levels and coach employees on risk assessments and compliance responsibilities.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum of Certificate IV in Workplace Health, Safety and Environment, or equivalent.
• Preferred Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent.
• Experience working with ISO 9001/14001 and AS/NZS 4801 standards.
• Experience working on projects with similar scopes of work, particularly Industrial Insulation, Painting and Blasting, and Scaffolding, is an advantage.
