Senior Specialist ICT Procurement Advisor
Are you an experienced ICT Procurement specialist looking for a career-defining opportunity? This Federal Government agency is seeking a proactive professional to drive the procurement strategy, ensure compliance with Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs), and deliver high-quality procurement outcomes.
Your new role
As a Specialist ICT Procurement Advisor, you will be responsible for end-to-end procurement and contract management in alignment with government legislation and frameworks. You will provide strategic advice, manage tender processes, monitor supplier performance, and negotiate contracts to ensure value-for-money outcomes. Your role will involve developing procurement policies, frameworks, and reporting mechanisms while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will have:

• Extensive ICT procurement experience within a Federal Government setting. We are looking for at least 10 years in the Federal Government ICT Procurement space.
  
• Strong knowledge of CPRs, PGPA Act, and Whole-of-Government contracting arrangements.
  
• Proven ability to manage complex tenders, contracts, and supplier relationships.
  
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic sourcing, and risk assessment.
  
• Exceptional problem-solving skills to drive innovation and efficiency.
