Change Medical is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Physiotherapist to join the team at a Private Hospital—a renowned specialist rehab facility located on Sydney’s Upper North Shore. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team in a patient-centred, evidence-based care environment.

The Opportunity

As a Level 1 Physiotherapist, you’ll manage a broad caseload of rehabilitation patients including:

• Post-orthopaedic and spinal surgery
• Neurological conditions (e.g. stroke, spinal cord injury, TBI)
• Musculoskeletal and chronic pain disorders
• Reconditioning and complex rehab cases

Therapy is delivered across individual, group, gym, ward and hydrotherapy settings.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy across inpatient and outpatient programs
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and patient discharge
• Provide therapy in diverse clinical environments including hydrotherapy
• Manage your caseload with autonomy and efficiency

About You

• You are a strong communicator and a collaborative team player, with a flexible and positive approach to care.
• Degree in Physiotherapy
• Current AHPRA and SIRA registration
• Relevant clinical or placement experience
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to professional development and quality improvement
• Willingness to work occasional weekends

Requirements

• National Police Check (within the past 12 months)
• Working with Children Check (as required)
• Proof of immunisation, including COVID-19
• Completion of NDIS ‘Quality, Safety & You’ module (preferred)
