Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude to join our team as a Pest Control Technician on a full-time, permanent basis. The position is based at our Perth depot, servicing clients across Perth and the WA region.
Responsibilities
- Perform pest control treatments including general pest, bird work, and pre-construction termite treatments.
- Work in diverse environments and weather conditions.
- Work at heights and maintain high safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and manage client relationships.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing.
- Work independently and drive long distances as required.
- Maintain attention to detail to meet standards and targets.
- Adhere to safety protocols of clients and Rentokil.
- Use mobile applications and tablets confidently.
- Obtain and maintain a Working with Children Check.
- Escalate issues appropriately to management.
Requirements
- Possess a Pest Management Licence and have 3+ years of industry experience or be willing to undertake training to obtain qualifications.
- Hold a full Australian driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history.
- Strong communication and numeracy skills.
- Ability to work independently and build customer relationships.
- Pass pre-employment medical, drug, alcohol, and background checks.
- Be vaccinated against COVID-19, including a booster dose.
