Your Future Role
This role can be based anywhere in Australia, offered on a 13-month full-time Max Term Contract, reporting to the Group Manager - Marketing and Product Marketing.
You will create and lead the Marketing CRM strategy, drive performance, and oversee the Marketing Operations team to ensure seamless collaboration and operational excellence.
Design workflows and customer engagement programs using marketing automation across multiple brands and channels to deliver timely campaigns within budget.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee Marketing Operations and CRM strategies, including audience targeting and customer lifecycle management.
- Support business projects, IT initiatives, compliance, and quality management.
- Manage end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and lifecycle programs to improve onboarding, nurturing, and engagement.
- Set expectations, organize resources, manage deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Analyze web and campaign data to derive insights and optimize performance.
- Conduct testing experiments to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to turn ideas into actionable marketing programs.
A Bit About You
- 5+ years in marketing campaign management.
- 3+ years supervising email marketing and automation professionals.
- Experience working with stakeholders on strategic projects.
- Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and customer journey development.
- Proven results in CRM strategies, testing, and data-driven marketing.
- Problem-solving, process-oriented, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of data management, privacy, and cybersecurity regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing across multiple tactics.
- Degree in Marketing or relevant experience.
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and Hubspot.
- Familiarity with Martech, marketing automation, and customer journey development.
