What you’ll be doing

  • Execute a marketing calendar supporting business objectives across the customer lifecycle.
  • Assist sales enablement by creating and maintaining relevant toolkits and marketing assets.
  • Build and optimize customer lifecycle communications using Braze, including writing briefs for personalized multi-channel journeys (email, in-app, push, SMS).
  • Collaborate with product teams to drive growth experiments along the customer journey.
  • Apply a test-and-learn approach to marketing initiatives, improving team processes and communication journeys.
  • Support the delivery of mandatory and service-related communications to customers.
  • Advocate for the customer by contributing to marketing activity reports and analysis to uncover insights, identify pain points, and recommend optimizations.
  • Support broader marketing projects and initiatives, including key priorities in our annual “Big Rocks.”

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Marketing experience in a sales-aligned environment is desirable.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and prior experience using these tools will be highly regarded (at Prospa, we work with Braze, Salesforce, Segment).
  • Experience working with fast-paced sales departments and cross-functional collaboration environments.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong execution skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt and work in agile environments with various stakeholders.
