Key EJ responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service, every time
- Taking customer orders through our POS system
- Packing and handing over hot orders to customers and delivery drivers, satisfying cravings for our famous garlic sauce
- Attending the chip and chicken fryers to put the sizzle in
- Cooking our legendary charcoal chicken
- Portioning the juiciest charcoal chicken for orders
- Assembling mouth-watering burgers and rolls
- Manning the grill to cook our delicious menu options
- Preparing fresh, authentic salads
- Helping with dishwashing
- Ensuring the restaurant maintains high safety and hygiene standards
- Maintaining a clean work area
- Supporting a smooth customer flow as a team player
Ideal skills and experience
- Previous experience in the fast-food industry is a plus but not essential; a keen attitude is key
- Ability to work with high energy and efficiency, contributing to a positive vibe
- Keen interest in learning new skills and adapting on the go
- Courteous, customer-focused, and kind
- Ability to work at a fast pace to ensure hot, fresh food delivery
