We are looking for a passionate and creative CRM Content Writer to elevate customer experience through impactful content strategies. This role is a unique opportunity to blend creativity, analytical skills, and industry expertise to drive engagement and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to create a seamless and engaging customer journey.
- Plan, craft, and execute compelling marketing campaign content to boost customer engagement and commercial performance across various communication channels.
- Manage content tools and platforms (CMS, CRM, etc.), ensuring efficient content deployment.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing standards.
- Combine creativity with technical expertise to develop innovative SEO strategies.
- Optimize website content for improved search engine performance.
- Design, manage, and optimize multiple targeted retention campaigns and personalized promotions for different brands/products simultaneously.
- Execute marketing campaigns through both automated and manual processes, ensuring timely delivery, even outside standard working hours (advance planning required).
- Collaborate closely with CRM, Design, Customer Support, and Product teams to ensure smooth execution from briefing to delivery.
Your Profile:
- 1-2 years of experience in the iGaming industry, specializing in CRM and content creation.
- Native French speaker with impeccable writing skills (flawless grammar and syntax) and a strong command of English.
- Solid understanding of HTML and CSS development and constraints.
- Analytical mindset with strong prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
