We are currently looking for a People Partner at Kids Planet in the Midlands/South Area.

Hybrid working ability to travel and visit Head Office in Lymm - once a month

What a People Partner Needs:

Proven experience in a People Partner or HR role
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in TUPE consultations - preferable
A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
Passionate about supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce

What a People Partner Does:

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective HR strategies
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
Champion our values and cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Management of high-risk cases
Analyse HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and support people data-driven decisions
Serve as a trusted resource for our teams, offering solutions and support to enhance employee well-being
