We’re working with a highly respected real estate office in Brisbane’s CBD to find a driven, personable Property Manager who’s looking to join a fun and supportive team. This role is taking over a well-managed portfolio of 180 properties (all within 5km of the office), from a long-term PM who is moving into a new position within the company—so you’ll benefit from a smooth, structured handover and a stable team environment.

- End-to-end management (routines mostly outsourced)
- Conduct entries and exits
- Work Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00pm
- Use AILO property management software
About You:
- ~2+ years’ Property Management experience
- Confident, personable, and able to have a laugh
- Licensed with a valid Real Estate Certificate
- Reliable car required
- Looking for a long-term, stable team with room to grow
