Front Office Team Leader - The Capitol Hotel Sydney
$27.17 hourly plus Superannuation & loading
Are you a passionate hotelier looking for your next opportunity?
We are seeking a superstar Front Office Team Leader to join our small, close-knit team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a senior Guest Service Agent ready to step into Hotel Management, or an energetic, outgoing Team Leader/Supervisor seeking a highly customer-service driven role, where you will oversee the daily operations of our AM shift.
Shifts will primarily be AM (7AM - 3PM).

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure excellent guest service
- Maintain a customer-focused team, proactively addressing guest needs
- Welcome and assist guests during arrivals, departures, and requests
- Resolve guest issues promptly, including responding to feedback
- Support the Front Office Manager with rostering, training, and leadership
- Assist the Food and Beverage team as needed
Skills & Experience
- Experience with Opera Cloud PMS highly regarded
- Minimum of 1 year hotel experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent personal presentation and grooming
- Experience in training and developing front-line staff
