Responsibilities

As a Plan Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Financial Management: Oversee and manage NDIS plan budgets, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
  • Project Management: Coordinate multiple projects and services to ensure effective use of NDIS funding.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all financial processes comply with NDIS guidelines and regulatory standards. Provide detailed financial reports and updates to clients.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear and accurate communication regarding funding and payments.
  • Documentation & Attention to Detail: Maintain precise financial records and documentation, ensuring accuracy in all reporting and invoicing activities.
  • Any other reasonable duties expected of a NDIS Plan Manager.

Skills & Values

  • Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in financial documentation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with NDIS Guidelines: Knowledge of NDIS financial processes and compliance requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholder interaction.

Requirements

  • 1 year experience in Plan Management and/or Accounting.
  • NDIS WSC
  • WWCC
  • Completion of NDIS required modules.
