About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pega Developer (CSSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Pega Case Management, Integrations, Reports, and Document handling. You will be responsible for working independently to understand requirements and designs provided by the Lead System Architect (LSA) and delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Pega solutions for case management, integrations, reports, and document handling.
• Work independently to understand requirements and designs provided by the LSA.
• Manage and execute data migration tasks.
• Handle modules independently and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a positive team spirit.
• Communicate effectively with client stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with government project standards and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) in Pega.
• Proven experience in Pega Case Management, Integrations, Reports, and Document handling.
• Experience working on government projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle client interactions and stakeholder management effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Pega frameworks and best practices.
• Familiarity with other related technologies and tools.
