To ensure marketing activities are in line with all brands identity & imagery; to supervise and ensure smooth execution of overall operationsProvide leadership and directions in the daily operations of marketing, sales & trainingStrengthen all brands marketing presence and positionPosition PurposeTo ensure marketing activities are in line with all brands identity & imagery; to supervise and ensure smooth execution of overall operationsProvide leadership and directions in the daily operations of marketing, sales & trainingStrengthen all brands marketing presence and positionResponsibilitiesPlanning / Operational / Liaison/ New Business & BrandsAnalyse market data and sales trend to set up annual budget in terms of revenue, expenditures and profitabilityCreate & develop marketing plan as well as setting up clear indicators to measure the results of each activityCreate & develop clear business strategies to achieve daily/monthly/yearly goalsEffectively execute marketing activities as according to marketing calendar and to ensure the ROISet up sales target, periodic sales forecast and must ensure the expected sales outcome is achievedConstruct monthly report that summarizes sales achievement, marketing activities updates and competitive landscape for submission to principalManage, control and implement optimum merchandising in accordance with brand guidelinesExplore, prospect and manage consumer data, encouraging engagement programs to maintain long run goalsLiaise with respective principal in bringing a consistent brand image & marketing programs i.e. marketing campaign, product launch, PR event, etcLiaise with respective government institution to ensure that all practices comply to regulationLiaise with local partners and ensure business milestones are in placeLiaise with internal organization to ensure all SOPs are in placePlan and organize the operational requirements and enhance on brand developmentTo build strong relationships with key players with retailers and regional teamEnsure effective implementation of new businesses and brandsTo identify and assess new distribution opportunitiesRequirementsEducation/Experience/SkillsBachelor's Degree in business-related fields and equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectationsAt least 6 years' proven experience in Brand Management, Retail Marketing in a beauty retail environment (Digital Marketing expertise is a plus)A good handle on consumer and market insights, including the ability to analyse market data, and be able to conduct consumer researchA strong negotiation, communication, presentation and analytical skills including some inclination towards financial representationCan handle many projects at once from ideation & creation, to leading a cross functional team through execution in an accurate, well-organized and timely mannerPossess natural leadership that is inventive, entrepreneurial and solutions-orientedKey Results/MeasuresDemonstrates thorough behaviour knowledge of Company vision & values and acts consistently in a manner that reflect those valuesStrong market sense (local & global) and insight in grasping key issues affecting the CompanyA corporate entrepreneur with a strong desire to build a successful businessSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketingIndustriesTechnology, Information and Internet
